My experience with Sandra Gutiérrez as a body control teacher is very positive: signing up for her classes was a challenge both because of the content she was going to teach and because of her youth and first steps. It was five years of evolution in which I can assure that my improvement has been more than remarkable in three fundamental aspects: agility when thinking and executing movements with musicality, body dissociation, and creativity using directions in three dimensions. Sandra’s classes are unique. They not only teach you to understand and control your body but also to coordinate it with the music. These classes help you become a better dancer, whether you’re a follower or a leader. Of course, you have to put in the work and effort on your side.
