FAQS - Frequently Asked Questions
About SG Online Academy
What types of online courses do you offer?
At SG Online Academy, you’ll find:
- Closed courses focused on specific topics for deep
- Memberships that allow you to explore various themes and work on different areas of your dance.
- Tool courses, compilations of classes that have already helped many students improve their technique and style.
What levels are the courses suitable for?
Our courses are progressive, designed from beginner to advanced levels, so both beginners and experienced dancers can fully benefit.
Can I access the classes anytime, or are there fixed schedules?
There are no fixed schedules. You can access and review the classes whenever you want, study at your own pace, and repeat sessions as needed. We understand that every student’s schedule is different, which is why our platform is fully flexible.
How can I review or consolidate what I learn in the courses?
Practice is key. The course provides the tools, but structured and mindful practice is what leads to real progress. Use resources like mirrors or video recordings to track your development. If you want additional professional guidance, you can always contact us for a private session.
Are private classes and 1:1 coaching available only online or also in person?
Both options are available! If you live in Madrid or we meet at a festival, you can take in-person private classes. If meeting in person isn’t possible, the online version is always available for you.
Payments and Access
How can I pay for courses, memberships, or private classes?
● Courses and the Idancety Coaching program offer either full payment or
installment options.
● Memberships are billed monthly.
● Private classes require full payment before the session.
If I choose the installment plan for a course, will I have access to the entire course from the start?
No. With installment payments, content is unlocked in blocks according to payments made, giving you the opportunity to study thoughtfully and consolidate learning at a steady pace.
Can I access course content after the course ends?
Yes. Each course specifies the access period, allowing you to review classes as many times as you want.
How long do I have access to membership classes?
Access lasts as long as your subscription is active.
